Hand crafted bitters is very time consuming and often requires making certain ingredients that eventually go into the bitters themselves.  This recipe adds a nice chocolate hint with notes of the high quality bourbon that forms it's base.  Use it to add an interesting note to some of your favorite fall and winter cocktails.
